Invitation Letter

The applicant for business visa to China is required to have an Invitation Letter from the Chinese authority.

To apply for the invitation letter, the following documents are required:

• Passport Copy
  (the passport must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond the intended date of entry into China)
• Application Form

It probably takes 10 working days to get the invitation letter. The organizer will coordinate and send the
letter to the applicant by fax or email once it is ready.
